During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum, a valid and accessible email address, a unique username, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Panas777 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. Panas777 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

By using the Panas777 platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are final. Panas777 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse completed bets except where there has been a clear technical error attributable to the platform, as determined at the sole discretion of Panas777.

6.1 Deposits. Panas777 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency channels including BTC and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

6.2 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the Account, unless Panas777 explicitly approves an alternative channel. Withdrawals are processed subject to KYC verification and internal fraud screening. Panas777 targets the following processing timelines:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes from approval.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): typically 5–15 minutes from approval.
• Bank Wire (direct transfer): typically 15–60 minutes from approval.

These are target timelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, scheduled maintenance, or as a result of third-party payment processing timelines beyond Panas777's control.

6.3 Account Funds. Panas777 does not pay interest on funds held within a User Account. Account balances are held in trust and are not to be regarded as a savings or investment product. Users are solely responsible for maintaining accurate records of their deposits, wagers, and withdrawals for personal accounting or tax purposes.

6.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or longer may be classified as dormant. Panas777 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormancy policy, as notified to the account holder. Users are encouraged to log in regularly and keep their account active.

Panas777 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral rewards, and VIP programme incentives. The following general principles apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms:

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Panas777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted:

• Registering an Account using false, misleading, or another person's identity or personal information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, bonus limits, or verification requirements.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted prediction tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to assist in placing bets or gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, miscalculations, or software bugs in the platform's games or betting markets. Panas777 reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of such errors.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or wager.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. Panas777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and reserves the right to report suspicious activity.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to Panas777's servers, networks, or user accounts.

All content on the Panas777 platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, images, software, game interfaces, and all other material (collectively, "Content"), is the intellectual property of Panas777 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Technical failures, system downtime, or interruptions to service caused by factors outside Panas777's reasonable control, including third-party payment processing delays, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• The accuracy or completeness of odds, statistics, or other informational content displayed on the platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, Panas777's total cumulative liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Closure by the User. Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting Panas777 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts that do not meet wagering requirements) will be refunded to the User via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by Panas777. Panas777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Account activity that Panas777 deems to be inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Legal or regulatory requirements mandating account restrictions.
